Our world today is a much more stressful so now is the time to raise a generation with awareness on how to mentally relax. Most children today are not aware of how to handle their feelings, they simply react with a change in behaviour which can be manifested through aggression, depression and  social withdrawal. The ability to know how to relax the brain and calm nerves is a valuable skill that allows sound choices to be made

The skill of mental relaxation should be taught in childhood. If this happened then as adults we would be more creative, productive, and peaceful.
